3.3. Right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing: You have the right to request the rectification or deletion of your personal data and the restriction of their processing. The right to rectification provides you with the opportunity to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data from Goroid Kft. You have the right to request Goroid Kft. to delete your personal data. The adjudication of the lawsuit falls within the jurisdiction of Goroid Kft., as the court of the defendant's registered office (Székesfehérvári Törvényszék). The lawsuit can also be brought before the court of your place of residence, at your choice.
